The Pain of Unquiet Evenings

Restlessness can possess you like a vice during the night. Every noise becomes amplified, every shadow takes on a threatening form. Existing With A Mind That Won't Quiet

We seek for an/a/some escape, a place/safety/shelter where the pain/suffering/anguish can fade/disappear/evaporate, but often/always/sometimes the darkness persists/holds tight/remains. It's in these moments of desperation that we must find/create/forge our own/internal/personal light/strength/will. We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the powerful spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our insomnia symptoms core.

The Heavy Blanket of Insomnia

Insomnia often feels like heavy weight upon your mind and body. You toss and turn, yearning for sleep to come. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity marked by anxieties and exhaustion. This pervasive state of wakefulness leaves you feeling a prisoner of your own mind.

Craving for Sweet Oblivion

The throes of oblivion was a siren's call, a searing promise of escape. To fade in its shadows was to still the incessant noise of existence. The world's sharp edges dissolved under the spell of its sweetness.

To truly crave oblivion was to ache for a passing respite from the burden of being.
